Under Ayushman Bharat, families have been selected by the Government of India on the basis of SECC, 2011 and RSBY. For providing the cashless treatment coverage on the analogy of Ayushman Bharat to the left out families, the State is implementing Himachal Health Care Scheme (HIMCARE) since 1^st January, 2019.

Under HIMCARE Scheme, cashless treatment coverage up to Rs. 5.00 lakh per year per family is being provided on family floater basis. In case of more than five members, the remaining members are being enrolled as a separate unit subject to the capping of five members for each such additional unit.

This scheme is being implemented on co-payment basis. Under this scheme, differential premium rates have been decided based on the categories.

Ekal Naaris	Certificate to be issued by Child Development Program Officer (CDPO) of the concerned area and shall include Widows/Divorced/Legally Separated /Unmarried more than 40 years.
Disabled >40%	Medical Disability Certificate showing permanent disability.
Sr. Citizens above 70 years of age	Any valid age proof
Anganwari Workers/Helpers	Certificate from Child Development Program Officer (CDPO) of the concerned area.
ASHA workers	Certificate from Block Medical Officer (BMO) of the concerned area.
Mid-Day meal workers	Certificate from Block Elementary Education Officer of the concerned area.
Contractual Employees	Certification from concerned Department

E-card on the analogy of Ayushman Bharat is being issued to the families. The beneficiary can apply through online system directly by visiting www.hpsbys.in or through Lok Mitra Kendra/Common Service Centers for enrollment and uploading relevant documents under the scheme

Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyaan

Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyaan is the scheme to make six crore persons in rural areas, across States/UTs, digitally literate, reaching to around 40% of rural households by covering one member from every eligible household by 31st March, 2020.

The Scheme would empower the citizens in rural areas by training them to operate computer or digital access devices (like tablets, smart phones etc.), send and receive e-mails, browse Internet, access Government services, search for information, undertake digital payment etc. and hence enable them to use the Information Technology and related applications especially Digital Payments to actively participate in the process of nation building. The Scheme aims to bridge the digital divide, specifically targeting the rural population including the marginalised sections of society like Scheduled Castes (SC) / Scheduled Tribes (ST), Minorities, Below Poverty Line (BPL), women and differently-abled persons and minorities. To register as candidate the applicant must perform the electronic KYC and agrees to term and condition.Candidate data will be shared with the examination agencies for certification purpose and with training centre for training purpose.

If candidate wishes to withdraw his/her personal information from the system, information will not be deleted and will be kept as a record purpose.

Appreciation of Digital Literacy

To make a person digitally literate, so that he/she can operate digital devices (like Tablets, Smart phones etc) send and receive emails & browse Internet for information and undertake digital payment etc.

Eligibility Criteria

Nominated digitally illiterate person from every eligible rural household.

Age : 14 to 60 years

Course Duration

20 Hours (Minimum 10 Days and Maximum 30 Days)

Independent external evaluation will be conducted by a National level certifying agency like NIELIT, NIOS, IGNOU, HKCL, ICTACT, NIESBUD etc.

यह योजना ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में नागरिकों को कंप्यूटर या डिजिटल एक्सेस डिवाइस

इंटरनेट ब्राउज़ करने, सरकारी सेवाओं तक पहुंचने, जानकारी की खोज करने, डिजिटल भुगतान करने का प्रशिक्षण देकर सशक्त बनाएगी। आदि और इसलिए उन्हें राष्ट्र निर्माण की प्रक्रिया में सक्रिय रूप से भाग लेने के लिए सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी और संबंधित अनुप्रयोगों विशेष रूप से डिजिटल भुगतान का उपयोग करने में सक्षम बनाता है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य डिजिटल विभाजन को पाटना है, विशेष रूप से अनुसूचित जाति (एससी) / अनुसूचित जनजाति (एसटी), अल्पसंख्यक, गरीबी रेखा से नीचे (बीपीएल), महिलाओं और अलग-अलग विकलांग व्यक्तियों और अल्पसंख्यकों जैसे समाज के हाशिए पर रहने वाले वर्गों सहित ग्रामीण आबादी को लक्षित करना। . उम्मीदवार के रूप में पंजीकरण करने के लिए आवेदक को इलेक्ट्रॉनिक केवाईसी करना होगा और नियम और शर्तों से सहमत होना चाहिए। उम्मीदवार डेटा प्रमाणन उद्देश्य के लिए परीक्षा एजेंसियों के साथ और प्रशिक्षण उद्देश्य के लिए प्रशिक्षण केंद्र के साथ साझा किया जाएगा।

यदि उम्मीदवार सिस्टम से अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी वापस लेना चाहता है, तो

 जानकारी को हटाया नहीं जाएगा और रिकॉर्ड उद्देश्य के रूप में रखा जाएगा।
